My desire to help others has come from my own personal journey. As a former professional athlete, I understand the injuries that can come with recreational and high level sports. I also know injuries aren’t the end. It is possible to get back out there, be confident, and thrive. I am also a momma to 2 beautiful, spirited, and adventurous children. I understand the aches and pains that come with pregnancy, child birth, and caring for young children. I can also confidently say it is possible to feel like you again, to accept your new body and still live your best life. I have been in this field for over a decade and have seen just about everything. I know whatever your ailment, there is hope for you and we can get you there.
